The deposit allows your group to secure priority access before inventory becomes available. Once venues and the schedule are announced, deposit holders will receive early access to select games and experiences.

Will I know the venue before I need to purchase tickets?

Yes. Home venue information and the season schedule will be announced before final group ticket purchases are completed.

What if the venue doesn't work for my group?

Our ticketing team will work with you to identify the best available game and seating options once venue information is announced.

Do I need to know which game I want today?

No. Most groups are simply reserving priority access and will make their game selection after the schedule is announced.

Does my deposit guarantee a specific game?

No. The deposit does not guarantee a specific game date.

Does my deposit guarantee specific seats?

No. Seating locations will be assigned based on availability, group size, and selection timing.

Does my deposit guarantee a specific experience?

No. Experiences are subject to availability and are awarded based on deposit date and group size

When will games go on sale?

We expect to announce our schedule and begin the game selection process early Fall. Deposit holders will receive priority access before the general public.

When will someone contact me?

A member of our ticketing team will contact you within 72 hours of placing your deposit.

How does game selection work?

Once the schedule is announced, our ticketing team will work with you to identify:

• Preferred game dates

• Estimated ticket quantity

• Seating preferences

• Desired group experiences

Can I change my estimated group size later?

Yes. We understand plans may change. Your ticket representative will work with you as your group size becomes more defined.

What if I don't know exactly how many tickets I need?

No. Group experiences are earned through ticket volume and are not sold individually.

Qualified organizations may be eligible for fundraising opportunities. Please indicate your interest on the deposit form.
